This site is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace uses Cookies, for example to identify visitors, enable the website to function efficiently, personalize content, permit online behavioural target advertising.

This website also uses a plugin by Geotargetly to show different content in different locations.

In order to be able to perform the work you require me to do, if you email me, I will keep your contact information, unless you specify me not to do so.

·       Basic personal details – such as name, title, address, delivery address, phone number, mobile phone number, and email address.

I do not collect or retain payment information. Payment happens exclusively via Paypal or direct bank transfer.

Data collected through the website:

The only entity used to process data collected through the website is Squarespace. You can find out more detail here and here. Other than that, I will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.

Data collected away from the website: I will not willing share any data that you provide with anyone else, and I will only use it for the purpose of providing you the service you asked for. Your document(s) will be processed using Trados or Microsoft software, if you do not specify anything else. If you require another software to be used (e.g., online translation platforms such as Crowdin or Smartcat), I will use this software at your risk.

On rare occasions (for example when I travel and still work on your job), I may use Cloud services Microsoft or Dropbox. I will use such services for as short a period as practicable.

How long I will retain your data

Data collected through the website:

I will not collect any personally identifiable data through the website.

Data collected away from the website:

I will keep your contact details for a period of 5 years after your last contact with me, or until you tell me to delete it, whichever is shorter. You can tell me to delete the data by email to: kim@perfectcontinuous.co.uk

Squarespace and I take reasonable precautions to protect your information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. I do not ask for sensitive information such as credit card numbers.

Your information is only handled by me. Your contact details will be held on my protected hard drive. After translation, your document(s) will saved offline until their deletion. I use Norton security software to protect my online and offline hard drives.

If I have become aware of a data breach, I will notify you by email.

The only automated decision making is made on the basis of your location. You will be shown different information depending on your location.
